What is the next small step you will take to move forward toward your goal?

  1. Yesterday I started getting up early to do a work-out video before work. It is The Biggest Loser body sculpting video. It is about a half hour and it works multiple muscle groups with each exercise. It is broken up into a 6 week program to get you into shape. Combining that with my zumba classes in the afternoon I feel like I'm getting a great work out each day! I'm looking forward to the results!
