GO GREEN!

How colorful is your plate of food?  If you're eating a plate of "beige" foods, go for the color!  Add lots of dark greens, oranges, reds, yellow, purple, etc.  Tell me the most colorful meal you ate today! Mine was a drink!  Yep, Matt juiced some kale, carrots, and apples!  Post here!

  1. Mine was probably my post-run smoothie. Plain yogurt, pineapple, strawberries (frozen from peak season,) a banana, flax seeds, cinnamon and some honey. We had broccoli with our pasta tonight - so I hit a bunch of colors but not all of them. Does the ten miles I ran on Sunday count? :)

  2. Today my lunch is: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 red tomato, 1/2 yellow tomato, 1/2 baby baked eggplant and 1 triangle of Laughing cow cheese. It's a very pretty lunch! :)

  3. My lunch was a salad with spinach, cucumbers, apple, carrots, and green peppers. Delicious!
