Setting Goals

Once you've set a goal, whether it's for health living, or some other aspect of your life, remember this:

Each and every choice you make either supports your ability to reach that goal, or it doesn't.  Sometimes the choice to support the goal is the harder choice. You get to decide what to do. To let your higher-self move you in the direction of your goals & dreams, or to make the easier choice (which may have better immediate gratification).
