Agreed! Thanks, Julia! The checklist really got me going today. I was very proud to mark off that I started my day off with water (need to get lemons at the store later) and instead of my usual breakfast, I opted for oatmeal with pureed pumpkin, cinnamon and agave mixed in. Fun to start the day on the right foot!
Making a healthy dinner tonight! Acorn squash with baked apples, steamed greens (collard, spinach, mustard greens, etc) mixed with red quinoa & some wild salmon. YUM
Thanks so much for all of the information you gave us last night! It motivated me to get up early this morning and exercise before work!
